ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS FOR PERSONALIZED WORDS

How do I request what word I want included in my kit?

  • Include your word or acronym in the Special Order Instructions box at checkout!
  • The total number of beads included in your kit are the letter beads + colored pony beads so we suggest choosing a word that is 4-8 letters long

What if I am ordering several kits and want different words?

  • If you are ordering multiple DIFFERENT kits, please list what word you'd like included in each kit (Example: Abduct Me Lollipop- BEAUTIFUL, Flowstar Lollipop- GRIMEY)
  • If you are ordering several of the SAME kit but would like different words for each or only some of them, please list the word then the number of kits you'd like with that word (Example: 10 Get Lit Lollipops total; HOTTIE- 5, SMOKIN- 5)

What happens if I don't request a specific word to be included in my kit?

  • SURPISE! We include a random word for you to enjoy a game of scrabble with :)

What should I do if I place my order and forgot to include my desired word?

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@lkxkandi.com with your order number included in the Subject line 
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for kits whose orders were not placed with personalized words once your kit has shipped so please reach out ASAP if you forget!

 

SIZING

Do you offer different size bracelet options?

  • Yes! Include your request for a LARGE size bracelet in the Special Order Instructions box at checkout!
  • Standard- Approximately 11" of elastic string and 24 total beads (pony + letter)
  • Large- Approximately 12" of  elastic string and 28 total beads (pony + letter)
  • The elastic string length is approximate and allows for excess length to properly secure bracelet and is intended to be cut once completed.

Where do you get the lollipops from?

  • We currently use lollipops from Ozark Delight Lollipops. You can view and shop additional lollipops at https://www.ozarkdelight.com/
  • We hope to create customized flavors and color combinations in the future! 

Do you only use Sugar Free lollipops?

  • We want to do what we can at this time to promote good oral health while we work towards being able to develop our own lollipop recipe! 
  • Sugar Free lollipops contain fewer calories and 6 grams of fiber

Where are the statement beads included in the kandi lollipops from?

  • We currently use available Jumbo Bead designs from Bass Head Beads. You can shop all their bead designs at https://www.bassheadbeads.com/
  • We hope to create custom design beads in the future that you can get exclusively from LKX!
